For me, personal training is about helping others. I love to help people get healthier, improve their lives, and feel great about themselves! I think my clients really respond to my caring, supportive attitude and my ability to empathize with their anxieties and fears about the fitness process. I work with all types of people, including those who have a lot of weight to lose, those with injuries or other physical limitations, and those who maybe used to be active but have gotten out of shape over the years.
